Brooklyn's dance comp

Here is my big girl, Brooklyn. She had her first dance competition on Jan. 31, 2009. Her and the whole NXS team did such an amazing job. I am really proud of her and the whole crew. With her production, they brought home PLATINUM and GRAND CHAMPIONS in production overall. They were awesome. Her next competition is the last weekend in March and I can not wait. It will be just as awesome. Here are just a few pictures that I took. sorry that they are in a weird layout thing. I don't know what I did.

Just My Girls

This blog is for showing off and bragging about my girls. As things happen in the lives of my kids I will post a blog and pictures accordingly. Even through all the stress of raising children, my girls have made me such a proud momma. I love them more than life itself. Everything I do is for them. I am going to make sure that they are able to live life to the fullest that they can and want to.

A little about my girls for those who don't know. Brooklyn is 9 and in the 3rd grade. This is the second year she has had perfect attendance. She makes nothing less than an A in her academics. She has been really into soccer up unto the point that she found dance. She attends dance classes at NXS Dance Academy where she is also on the competition dance team. She just recently had her first competition. (next blog) She is also involved in Girl Scouts. She has made me very proud with doing very well in school and also in her extra activities.

Gabi is 6 and in Kindergarten. She can big my biggest pain in the butt but I would and could not love her any less. She is a very smart and independent child. She also takes a dance class at NXS and is in Girl scouts. She does really good in class, so I am told, but she will not show me anything that she has learned. She usually can just go along with the flow, but also has her very stubborn side to her.

I love my girls with everything I have in me and would do anything for them to help them reach their goals. I will be here for them in any decision or situation they are in. I am not going to be the mother that sits backs and watches, I am going to get in there with them. I am going to be as involved in their lives as I can be. Those girls are my life.
